Something I give thanks to God for an I got my Daddy is temper and my mama is attitude shirt! He helped me with my anger problem. It’s hard to confess things like this but I hope it helps someone who is going through this. So that they don’t have to live the same way as I did and so that they can avoid it if possible.

Since I was young I have had an I got my Daddy is temper and my mama is attitude shirt very very bad temper. I would get so mad that I would have to go walk outside in shorts in the winter with a shirt no coat. I couldn’t feel the cold cause my body would literally get so hot that I felt I was burning. I would walk it off for about an hour then when I started to get cold I would walk back home.
