It continued to pour all through the night as he lay beside me in his favorite bed hugging his favorite giraffe. He only has one toy because he has had this giraffe since he was a puppy. To be honest that giraffe was mine.

But he grew a liking to this particular stuffed toy a Mr. Bean and Christmas Teddy Shirt and it became him ever since. It is torn and tattered and my mom had to find ways to patch it up. It is without eyes and its ears and horns are also badly chewed up. Over the years I bought Bailey so many different toys and even a new lookalike giraffe to replace his old one but he wouldn’t have it.
